My real estate photography makes you look good, not me. It’s true. When a potential buyer or seller Google’s “Richmond real estate agent,” maybe you’re lucky enough to pop up on the first page. Maybe you work for a top company like Long & Foster, Keller Williams, Joyner, One South, etc., and one of your listings is featured on the first page of the company site.
Buyers spend hours on Zillow and click on one of your listings and there is your mug on the right side of the screen. You know what’s right above your face? My photos...without my name on them. Or, maybe they're another Richmond real estate photographer’s photos? Or, worse - it’s iPhone photos! Next to YOUR name.
The point is, whatever photos you’re using on the web, aren’t attached to my name or anyone else’s. They are associated with YOU.
Stop looking at real estate photography as marketing for one listing. Hiring a pro photographer is setting you up to have magazine-quality photos of the homes you’re selling next to your face and name all over the internet. You want to be associated with Home & Garden style pictures, not Blair Witch style pictures.
